"We had a fantastic experience with Daniela. We were away for 9 days, and we booked her to stay in our home with our dog because he's very skittish, and doesn't respond well to new situations. Daniela was wonderful with him; her gentle approach won him over quickly during the intro visits we scheduled before our trip. While we were away, she sent us daily updates, pictures and videos, so we could get a clear idea of how he was adapting to us being away. Daniela was super-responsive to any of our requests during our trip, and she gave us some great suggestions based on her experience and observations for things like adjustments to his diet. It's obvious that Daniela is truly an animal-lover. She's gifted in her interaction style with pets, and very professional with her clients. She was also very respectful of our home (it was nearly impossible to tell anyone had stayed there upon our return!). We can't say enough good things about Daniela, and we'd be happy to book her again in the future."
